FAQs

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a free parking lot available. The location is Crown Point Park on Crown Point Drive San Diego. We will meet on the grass near the basketball courts prior to paddling out

How large of a party can you accommodate?

We try to keep our groups small for a more personalized and intimate approach so we limit our tours to 8 guests with two guests per kayak.

What is your cancellation/Refund policy?

We offer a full refund if you choose to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled tour or if we have to cancel due to inclement weather conditions.

What should we bring?

Feel free to bring water and snacks! We provide life jackets and paddles.

It does cool down as the sun sets so its always a good idea to bring a sweater or a jacket, water shoes or sandals are also recomended.

Are there any restrictions on who can book a tour?

We will paddle through calm waters at a leisurely pace so our only requirement is that you are able to get in to a kayak with assistance, no paddling experience is necessary. Children over the age of 6 are allowed with a parent in the boat.

Each boat also has a combined weight limit of 425 lbs

How long is the tour?

The tour is 2 hours long but our main goal is to provide a great experience for you. If your group is having a great time we can slightly extend it or if you are getting tired we can end early or take a break.

Please feel free to call or email us if you have any additional questions!
